Engraving order cancel within 2 hours of order by email. If you are unsure or need more clarification then please contact us. Once engraved product is prepared we can't alter the personalised detail. Please check grammar and content before finalising an order. Non Engraved product order can be cancelled until we dispatch the product.

Colour shown in mock up are illustrative purpose only. Actual product/engraving colour may differ than shown in website.

Engraving result may vary on natural product like natural wood due to uneven characteristic of material.

Product will prepared and shipped in two to five business days.

New Zealand shipping time frame is as follows once the product is dispatched.

* Normal shipping within New Zealand is 3 to 4 business days in major cities and towns.

* Courier shipping is next business day in major cities and towns. 

* Rural and remote/small town may need extra days to deliver as per NZ Post & Courier Post delivery guideline.

International shipping time frame is depends on country and selected service. We try to give indication of delivery time frame during check out shipping selection supplied by shipping company. If you have any question for international shipping time please contact Noble Origami Limited.

Delivery days are indicative only. No claim shall be made by you on account of late shipment or delivery.

You must notify us in given time frame for refund or replacement , (We will inform you once we will dispatch the product)

* Within 3 business days upon receipt of damage product (New Zealand Order)

* Within 10 business days (2 Weeks) if you do not received product (New Zealand Order)

* Within 10 business days (2 Weeks)  in event of damage product, do not received and shipped by international courier (International Order)

* Within 30 days (4 Weeks) in event of damage product, do not received and shipped by International Air (International Order)

In case of lost parcel we will process the refund or send a replacement products after receiving decision from shipping company.

In case of damage product do not accept the parcel. Take a picture of the damage parcel without opening. Inform us within 24 hours. Refund or replacement will be processed after shipping company decision.

We can cancel the order and refund the money in full in certain situation like out of stock, price error in website or delivery targets

We cannot take any responsibility in delivery delay. We are using New Zealand Post and Courier Post of delivery of all order within New Zealand except bulk orders.

Noble Origami Limited does not take any responsibilities of any duty or restriction of product on international order. It will be customer's responsibility to process of any legal requirement and at their own cost. 

Person has to be 18 year and older to order and receive alcohol products if any.

Product sold with manufacturing warranty will be subject to the normal return procedures for the specific brand being returned.
